Looking for some diection in finding grants to help me start up a Bed and Breakfast. My husband and I have been thinking about this for a long time. I have a lot of great ideas about running a B&B and between my husband and myself we have the majority of skills needed to sustain a B&B. I have a lot of hospitality experience having worked as a housekeeper in a Hotel and a B&B, customer service from various jobs, computer and legal skills from being a legal assistant, and troubleshooting and problem solving skills from all of my past employment. I know hard work as a farm hand, but also have delved into everything from auto repair to doing my own taxes and representing my own case in Family Court. My husband knows electric, HVAC, maintenance, home repair and is the best cook I have ever met. So between the two of us we have the majority of what it would take to run a successful B&B............Except the money!!!!! We have both come from very modest upbringings and have never had alot. My hussband is from a special region in NY that has always been a favorite place of mine to visit for years before I ever met him. Well, with such a love for the area and it being a big tourist area, our dream is to be able to eventually move to the area and buy a B&B and support our local communities with our business. Is there any help you can give to help us obtain this?

I am a 28 year old woman in chicago,Il can you help me fund for 7th-12th grade successful business entrepreneurs, and media professionals. I would like to bring something to chicago that will teach these kids how to be successful business entrepreneurs by taking their drawing and turning them into reality with technology and partnerships with big companies. showing the youth how to negotiate, advertise, taking their drawing and make them real,professional speaking and more. Also a different department to show other you how to media professionals by teaching them how to be producers, directors, reporters, magazine editors and writers, etc.. Hello, my name is Joseph, I have a technology idea and have built a proto-type. However I do not have the money to get a patent and would like to know which grant I can apply for and through who to get funding to bring this to market. There are tons of sites out there and I don't want to be taken by a scam.

Hello I am a Married Mother of five in which one is graduating this year, My husband spends all his time working or trying to work he is a self employeed contractor. I am a ma work one day a week but attend school full time To get a degree in social work. I am having trouble meeting ends between my sons graduatioon and me unale to work becouse of the school hours and my kids. We have help from the state but never has asked for money. Bu ti am now asking for help to get me through school so we dont loose everytthing and my son can go to college next Year. My husband is aw ounderful man and has taken the two older kids in as his own since the real father doesnt think it is important to support his children. Me and my family are willing to help who ever in any wat if possable, I just dont want to have to quit college again to work full time in which I have looked for a job part tima and has been unseccessful.
